Penis pain. I had just been tested for a large barrage of sexually transmitted diseases which all turned up negative (before the bump appeared). Likewise my girlfriend was also tested and came up negative. Neither of us are sleeping around (to my knowledge).
The bump looked like a small pimple so I hoped that it was and tried to wait it out. It never caused any pain (until tonight) and could only really be noticed without close examination during an erection.

Penis pain is already starting to go down after the object has been removed. It almost looks like a tiny popcorn kernel or sunflower seed.
Do you guys have any ideas as to what this might be?
