I have noticed patches of bumpy and rough skin that looks like poison ivy type bumps but they don't turn red and they are very small. they itch a little bit and then seem to move in a pattern down my fingers or knuckles leaving behind peeling and desensitized skin. Any ideas on what this is? I know it isn't poison ivy.
