Strange case

Hi people !, i`ll tell you my story .. im tyred of going to hospitals, first i`d some bites in my body,but then it started to get expanded and some of them exploded. i didnt know what it was , so i went there and they give to me creams with corticoids. It didnt do nothing to me . Then they thought that it were scabies, so they give me the treatmeant but it didnt go away . So i do not know what to do . It Itches me a lot . I´ll attach an image . Please give me an idea of what is it. Thanks!

I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be a bullous staph infection. Get a culture sensitivity of the discharge from the blisters done and if it is confirmed as a bacterial infection then you may need topical and oral antibiotics course.
