Strange feeling in my ankle

Strange feeling in my ankle

The last 2 mounts i haven`t moved a lot. If i have to rate my movements on a scale from 1 to 20 i d say that mine were about 2. Because of i started having a strange feeling in both of my ankles like i have something like tape on the side or that there is too much blood there. After a moved a little (started exercising and going out again) the feeling in the right ankle stopped but in the left still continues. What should i do to make this feeling go away ?

Hello,
These symptoms can be due to metabolic disorders like diabetes, hypothyroidism, and hypoparathyroidism. They can also be due to peripheral vascular disease, vitamin B12 deficiency or malnutrition.

Get your blood sugar and thyroid hormones levels evaluated. You can take some vit B12 for some days and see if the symptoms are gone or not.
In case the symptoms persist then consult a neurologist as it can be due to some neurological disorder.

I hope it helps. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
