Strange swelling on forehead

The earliest I noticed it was March, it is a small swelling on my forehead. And since then it has been growing steadily in size. I have gone to see a doctor and she says she thinks it's a fatty deposit maybe some sort of Lipoma or sebacious cyst and that it's benign.
If it's benign why is it growing? anyway a little back story, I don't remember hitting my head anywhere excpet maybe a couple of months ago where I hit my head pretty hard and didn't ice it. It didn't swell the next day or anything
But I read something that Lipoma growth can be triggered by some sort of fracture or abnormal regeneration of tissue or bone. I'm not saying this is a main reason but maybe just a factor?
Anyway, I'm worried she says it will never go away, is there anything i can do, I don't have money for surgery, it's not even like a soft tissue, the thing is extremely hard, i initially thought it was my skull that was swollen, i don't even know what it is. It's extremely firm and growing in size, I'm reading about alternative remedies like healthy diet and adding lemon juice to my water.
What can I do?

I don't think I agree with the doc diagnosis, this thing is extremely hard, it is almost unmovable, and appeared suddenly.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,

It can be due to lipoma skin or some benign skin growth. But since it is growing it needs evaluation. To rule out both these conditions, you need to get a FNAB (fine needle aspiration biopsy) done. FNAB is aspiration of the material of the glands which is done by a fine gauge needle (22 or 25 gauge) and a syringe. This will confirm the diagnosis.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
