Strange tiny cuts that are like scabs..

I suffer from OCD though I haven't been formally diagnosed as of yet. Anywho, I frequently wash my hands with bleach if I felt as if I did something unsanitary and I'm not sure if these tiny bumps with scabs all over my hands are a result of the bleach. I always wash my hands at the same time with soap and bleach. The first time they showed up they went away after a week and a half then came back like a few days later and this has happened for a second time as of now. I wish I was able to show a picture for I don't think I'm properly able to explain what these things are on both my hands, sometimes they itch and if I use fab soap to wash my hands they get irritated I assume it's due to the harsh texture. They're like cuts that are like mint bumps that have scabs and get VERY ashy after I've washed my hands and wait for a few minutes.
