Stress bumps on face?

When I get stressed out shortly after i get a warm feeling on my face and a little white bump with a red outline pops up. When I calm down it goes away. This happens all the time, especially at work. It's been more frequent recently. With more showing up. And in new places. Anyone know what it is?

I thought maybe hives, but its not a rash...just a bump.

Never gotten a pic of it...I can't Make them pop up when I think of it...haha...

Hello,
Definitely the symptoms are suggestive of either hives or dermatitis/ irritated skin. You can take antihistaminics like Benadryl and Claritin. Topical low potency corticosteroids and calamine lotion are also helpful in relieving the symptoms. More severe cases require oral corticosteroids. For that you need to consult your dermatologist.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
