Stretch Marks

Hey,
I have stretch marks on the sides of my waist and also my lower back. What is a good cream to remove these stretch marks?

Hello,
Stretch marks can appear when there is rapid stretching of the skin like in pregnancy.They occur because the collagen and elastin that bind your skin are stressed during weight gain, resulting in tears in your skin's elastic fibers.

There is no specific care for stretch marks.The marks often will disappear after the cause of the skin stretching is gone.Eat healthy ,nutritious food ,drink plenty of fluids and do moderate exercises. Laser therapy, topical medications and dermabrasion, alone or in combination have all been shown to be effective in diminishing the appearance of stretch marks.The advertised antimarks creams have no proof of effectiveness.

I feel that you should consult a cosmetologist and discuss the option of laser therapy with him.
