Stretch marks in crease of groin...also an indentation?

Take a look at this picture. It's not me, but it's pretty much exactly how my left thigh looks. I have some stretch marks, and there is one that goes into the crease of my groin just like the big mark on the left in the picture. Now, look right at the crease of the groin and at this mark, and see that little indentation? I have the exact same thing, and it is more prominent when that skin stretches, such as when I pull my scrotum towards my right thigh. Does anybody have any clue as to if this indentation is common in stretch marks, or if it is something else entirely? It has me quite worried!

Stretch marks may have some creases and indentations. These may not be something that you should be worried about. Stretch marks are benign conditions and they do not need further intervention , unless  a fungal infection or bacterial infection cause the skin to break. I suggest you keep the area clean and dry always. Moisturizing the area with a mild and bland moisturizer will be able to help.
