Hello,
Thank you for your reply the the spots have seem to have slowed down spreading although some have appeared on the other side of my face they seem to be very blotchy i have been putting an antiseptic cream on them for a couple of days which seems to have some affect and seems to stop them itching some of the older spots are starting to get red patches around the center this could just be a common case of acne but i have not experienced it before so am unsure.

Thanks again

Regards

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It is difficult confirming a diagnosis without examination but it can be acne or plain warts. Please keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed. Please consult a dermatologist in that case. Also then get the possibility of warts ruled out.
Hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries. Kind regards.
