Sudden hair fall

Sudden hair fall

Hi,
I am really worried with my hair loss. I had this problem when I was 18 year old and when I had a severe sinus problem. My hair line went back quite a bit during that time. Since then I started doing yoga and took care of my diet and fortunately hair falling stopped. After that when I moved to US, I saw a noticeable regrowth in my hairs and it looked much thicker and better after that. I am 25 year old now ( the age when you really want to look good and confident ), and  for the last couple of month, I am noticing this stupid hair falling again. I can see my hair getting thinner and weak again, even when nothing is changed in my life style and I have no health problems, as I do exercise and eat healthy every day. I don't what problem again and I am very much depressed with this second time in my life.

I can totally understand that getting bald at the young age is not the end of the world, but it certainly effects your confidence. Specially, when friends and mates around you look better and you go ugly looking just because of less hairs. In today's professional work it does matter how you look, people's behavior does relate to how you look.

It does not hurt you when you know that you are not one of the good looking guy, but it certainly does when you see that you are going down side day by day.

someone please give me any advice or answer so that I can overcome this problem.

Any help appreciated

Thanks

Hello,
Causes of hair fall   could be like   nutrients and proteins deficiency in the hair cells, emotional or physical stress, hormonal imbalances, dandruff, and serious illness like a tumors, infectious disease and Alopecia areata. In your case it can be stress induced or due to male androgenic alopecia.  If there is underlying disease or nutritional deficiency .Give your diet an overhaul if you're lacking vital nutrients for growth and switch to foods for healthy hair.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
