I know that you need to apply sunscreen daily, but do you also need to wear sunscreen when you are inside a room/office with the blinds closed and the curtains down? Yes, there is still some lights coming through from the outside, but dimmed to the effect of about the same brightness as a fluorescent light at the smallest setting or a nightlight with maybe the shades off. Is the UV still getting through and harmful to the skin, esp. skin that has been on a retinol/AHA treatment?
