Sweaty groin area, damp boxers, please help?!

Hi everyone.

For the last 6 months (and not at all before that) I've had problems with sweating around my groin area. I'm actually not sure whether it comes from the the top of my inner thighs, scrotum, or around my perineum. There's no itch and no clear red mark, but it happens both sides and my boxers get damp quickly and that can lead to chafing. I've also noticed the tip of my penis seems more sticky now.

There's no real odour, and as I said no itch, but it does get wet straight after drying from a shower. Very annoying. Thought it could be a sexual thing but STD checks came back clear. Tried Canesten fungal cream for 2 weeks or so but didn't go, so not sure if it's fungal (maybe Canesten over the counter in the UK isn't strong enough?)

I've searched a lot but never really found a conclusive answer in the 6 months of suffering! It hasn't let up at all in recent cold weather and even talc doesn't seem to be working very well on the symptoms.

Any ideas what this could be? Thanks!
