When I tore my foreskin that connected to my penis head only my foreskin swole up and resulting from the swelling my skin stretched on my foreskin and little tares (scars/stretch marks) were left behind. It had been a year now and I have not showed any signs of anything period other than the marks left behin from the swelling. Should I have anything to worry about>? Also my little brother had complained about he was in allot of pain from his testical and said he could not stand up for a whole day and was fine if he laid down. He said it grew like two times it size and then the next day he was fine but he thought he had a little bit of a bump or groth on his testical on the inside___ What could that mean>?

Hi,

This could be balanitis. Balanitis is inflammation of the glans penis. When the foreskin (or prepuce) is also affected, it is termed balanoposthitis.

Inflammation has many possible causes, including irritation by environmental substances, physical trauma, and infection by a wide variety of pathogens, including bacteria, virus, or fungus—each of which require a particular treatment.

Retract the foreskin daily and soak in warm water to clean penis and foreskin. Apply bacitracin (not Neosporin) for pediatric patients if bacterial infection is suspected.
Apply topical clotrimazole for adult men with probable candidal balanitis.

If the symptoms persist, you would need to consult your doctor.

Let us know if you need any other information.

Regards.
