Swollen knuckles wrist itchiness

I've started a new exercise regiment on Friday last week it is Thursday today I change my diet all together I normally eat fast food doughnuts soda with candy bar etc. chips since Friday I completely stopped  i've added exercise regiment from running treadmill biking picking up the pace little by little I haven't exercised in a long long time  from fast food two very healthy eating I'm a great salads no dressing lemon salt pepper olive oil and balsamic vinegar as my dressing no milk no nothing I've been developing a rash all over my body could this be that my body is asking me for sugar because I haven't had any sugar any sodas juices i've been drinking mainly water you'll be sugar intake is probably that the teaspoon of sugar that I add to my coffee in the morning my body my fingertips are are are itchy my knuckle  are swollen I can't stop scratching  on my feet it feels like I have athletes foot I don't on my scalp  from eating candy birth and junk food to completely healthy eating because somebody said that I was fat or nine months pregnant I'm a male race a vigorously started exercising I've been doing so for almost a week now my sleeping habits have improved I would get really early now but started to develop itchiness all over my knuckle of my palms are itching my wrist is itchy all over my body is itching again the question was could this be that my body needs sugar needs fat or eight or eight is that used to having good food in it that it's confused
