Dear

If some one done a blood test for bacteria - I think blood culture - and the result is negative. Dose it mean that Syphilis is not in his body ?.

The blood test for syphilis is called an RPR.  This tests for a protein in the bloodstream.  A blood culture looks for actually bacteria, but blood tests are not used for syphilis.  You need more information about what test was done.

Best.

There is white area over the scrotum, more on the left side. Its itches. When I itches, white area becomes more white and with harsh rubbing, some times it bleeds sometimes from cornors and some time from the centre. Its almost one year when I first noticed it. With passage of time, different small white patches are also observed. It seems that white patches are increasing in number ( not size) with the passage of time and with quantity of rubbing. Few months back I used some anibiotic cream but of no vail. Please advise how to get rid off this problem. Thanks alot.
