Tanned arms Help!!

Hello there,

After months of working out on the sun shine my arms are pretty tanned. Besides waiting for it to fade out and using sunblock daily .

what else can I do to help the skin RECOVER THE NATURAL COLOR ??????? anything!!

Any advice will be appreciated

Hello,
For sun tanning, apply a good sunscreen with minimum spf 30 atleast half an hour before going out in the sun. Without treatment, this usually takes about 2 months to resolve and for the skin color to go back to its normal color.  Topical treatments with acids and chemical peels can be effective but can take a while for the skin to totally revert to its normal color.
