Tanning Wipe Allergic Reaction/Bad Rash on Face

I had tried these tanning wipes names COMODYNES. Ingredients are: Water,Ethoxydiglycol,Dihydroxyacetone,PEG/PPG-17/6 copolymer,Propylene glycol,Chlorphenesine,Methylparaben,Phenoxyethanol,Butylparaben,Ethylparaben,propylparaben,isobutylparaben,peg-40 hydrogenated castor oil,polysorbate 20,octoxynol-11,parfum and cirtic acid. Now that I have typed this I can only imagine all the chemicals reeking havoc on my face...When I applied the wipes there was an initial stinging and burning but thought it was because I had just exfoliated my face..but then as the days went on I was tan but got these rough patches and then I have just gotten sick with a bad cold and pale again but have these god awful raides red bumps all over my face and neck.....what can I use to get rid of this? Petroleum jelly? Benadryl? Help...I look like I have been attacked by something!
