Tattoo Skin Problem

I got a tattoo about 3 months ago and about 3 weeks after i got it it started to show up with little bump and when they dryed up it would sortof scab. I have been using Celestone 0.02% (Betamethasome) with using this it seems to have gone down alot and even go from some areas but it still is their in on major spot i have pictures of it if need be. Please can someone help me with this i hate the feeling it leaves me with when someone notices it.

It can be due to ingrown hair, folliculitis or bump caused due to an allergic reaction( less likely). You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also wear cotton clothes. Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful. If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a dermatologist. Allergic reaction needs to be ruled out.
