Ten days ago I noticed a bump on my scalp that was very tender. Since then two other bumps have appeared. Now the bumps also have small puss pockets all over the top of each bump. On the sixth day following the discovery of these bumps I started a high

Please get to a doctor at once. What you dexcribe could be any number of things, including bacterial and viral infections. Some of these would require antibiotic therapy with some urgency. If you haven't got a personal physician, I suggest consulting a walk-in clinic or
