Tender skin on the back of my legs?

The backs of both of my upper leggs are tender, they feel like light tingleing/burnning sensation under the skin. I recetly got back from Mexico and went to a botanical garden in the jungle, I was bitten all over by sand fleas "no see  um" I devoloped overall bites on my ankels and legs now the backs of omy legs are scratching & itching & tender to touch. Thank god for Benadryl spray! The flea bites are bigger than mosquitos and I've ben told the bites last 2 weeks which we be this Tuesday,,, Has anyone had a simular problem? With every thing I'm reading I haven't heard actual answers? This is my first experience & it's drving cazy,,, Does it ever go away? I

The symptoms are suggestive of insect bites and hives. Take some antihistaminic like Benadryl and apply some calamine lotion. If the symptoms persist then please get an evaluation done by a dermatologist. you may need topical and oral steroids.
