Tenderness in Pennis

Have a problem with my pennis. I didnt have sex till now. But i use to masturbutation. But recently I started feeling burning sensation after having masturbution. Some time if i go for nature call i feel pain and burning at the tip of my pennis. Some times the skin becomes very tender and red. It is something like the skin is coming out. Even if i touch it pains and like burning. Not sure from when i got effected with this. Please some one suggest me what is this problem exactly and how to cure this.

Hi Mike,

One differential is urinary tract infection which may present as pain or burning during urination,  urinary frequency or urgency. To confirm this diagnosis, a urinalysis should be done. Treatment is usually through antibiotic therapy. If you have history of sexual encounter recently, sexually transmitted disease should also be ruled out.
