Test for Herpes Simplex Virus 1 & 2, what does it mean?

Recently I was tested for Herpes Simplex Virus 1 & 2, the results are as follows:
Herpes Simplex Virus 1 & 2 IgM AB Titre (Elisa) : 0.11 (Negative)
Herpes Simplex Virus 1 & 2 IgG AB Titre (Elisa) : 1.85 (Positve)

What does it mean? Do I have HSV-1 or HSV-2? The report says HSV-2 causes primary and recurrent genital herpes and HSV-1 causes common cold sores, I am not able to understand whether I have HSV-1 or HSV-2, can someone guide?

You should probably ask this under the Herpes community. You'll get a faster response, they're usually good for answering after a few hours, just so you don't have to worry so much.  I'm familiar with alot of people who have it, I thought I had it at some point but Im negative for both types. Remember, you can completely live a normal life with it. Ofcourse you should be careful, and take precautions and talk to your future partners. But you shouldnt freak out about it. Alot more people live with it then most people even know.
