Testicle and Groin Ich and rash

Three weeks ago I went to a strip Club while on a golf trip. I received backroom dances from a couple of women. I was wearing shorts and they danced with skin to skin contact she even Kissed my private parts. 4 Days or so after the trip was over my Testicles and inner thighs started iching and look alittle pink. Its been three weeks and has not gone away. I have just been using jock ich spray and baby powder. I am really concerned I may have caught herpes or another STD. Please advise what I can use and if I could get a Std Without intercourse? Do you think f I should see a Doctor

Sounds to me like irritation plus anxiety, nothing more.  Just keep the area moist, don't rub, and think of other things.  If symptoms persist, you can see a doctor.
