Testicle

Hello Doctor,

I've just noticed that I have two small lumps on the upper portion of my testicles. It's right next to my scrotum of my penis. I was just massaging them and I felt them. There both on the same spot but just on opposite sides. When I massage them they get a little sore. They not completely on the testicles, it's almost at the edge of the testicle where it meets the skin, right in that area. No other symptoms just a slight discomfort. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

These are probably cysts.  These are normal in this region.  Please leave them alone--no massaging, etc.--and show them to a doctor next time you go.
