Th rash out of nowhere

I want your opinion on this worrying incident that I had today. But first I want to give you a brief history if it can help. I woke up today in the morning and was feeling normal, but a little tired. I had been feeling funny recently; tired, but I don't need as much sleep as I used to, as if I have a hangover in the mornings. Furthermore, I have been having mild on and off diarrhea for several weeks.
Now to the question, I woke up in the morning and had sexual intercourse with my girlfriend. Right afterwards, I noticed a rash appearing all over my glans (glands) penis, which did not itch or hurt. To describe, these were red dots about 1-2mm in diameter. Interestingly, I took a shower in the morning, and the rash was not there. I should also tell you that I am not circumcised, and that I only have sex with my girlfriend and that I have been with her for 3 months and nothing like this ever happened.
I would appreciate if you could clerify my condition since I am really worried.

I don't think you have anything to worry about.  Little red dots appearing right after intercourse are most likely blocked pores from sweat, friction, and so forth.  That's why they went away so fast.  Infections (herpes, etc.) take several days to develop and several more days to go away.  So unless the rash changes character or becomes persistent, in which case you should see a doctor, I doubt you have anything to worry about at all.

Hello I am 21 and my boyfriend contracted a skin rash that is tiny red bumps all over his body but mostly on his legs.  I have gotten this rash or whatever it is and so has my roommate.  The rash consists of tiny red bumps that are itchy, right now they are mostly on my legs and my butt.  They are so itchy that I scratch and they scab.  They come and go, my boyfriend has went to a dermatoligist but the medicine hasn't done anything.  We have had this rash for about 2-3 months.  We are in a sexual relationship but monogomous.  We have also developed some small white bumps now that are also itchy all over our bodies.  Help, I don't know what to do.
