The Real Red Nose

I used this Neutrogena product last april and upon applying it to the face. (as directions stated) My face began to burn   to which I immediately washed it off. The next day I woke up and my nose was red.  It gradually disappeared but it isn't totally gone. It get reds which factors such as hot and cold. Immediately after take a shower my nose is red. I am so annoyed at it I used to cover it with makeup. Before this my nose was great. I am tired of having to conceal it. I was wondering should I see a dermatologist or an immunologist? Would any procedure be covered by health insurance?
