The start of genital warts or something else?

I have only just seen these red, sort of raised blotches around my penis. None are on the head and i was wondering if i have indeed caught genital warts and the best way to treat them. They do not hurt or itch, and the oly reason im questioning whether it is genital warts is because i only had unprotected sex a week a go.
Any help would be appreciated :) and as soon as possible! :)

For such blotches lichen planus should be ruled out. Lichen planus is an inflammatory disease that affects the skin and the oral mucosa, and presents itself in the form of papules(flat spots) or rashes. Treatment is available only on prescription and consists mainly of steroids, retinoids, hydroquinone and phototherapy.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
