Thin skin

I have been on steroid inhalers for 8 years. I recently developed lymphoma and part of the treatment is an injection of steriods and four days of steriod pills.

The problem is my skin is so thin that I can barely touch it without bruising and sometimes ripping the skin.

Is there something I can do to improve the condition of my skin.

I take vitamin B12, ester C, E and D
