Things from toilets?

To whom it may concern,
I just got back from Thailand, and on my last day in Bangkok I used a pretty dirty public washroom. I tried to do my best in the squatter to ... well, doi my business while squatting, but as I squatted, the tip of my penis (im cut) touched the porcelain at the front (the part of the toilet at the front where there is a gap in the toilet seat...did that make sense?). So far nothing has turned green, but I wanted to see if there was any reason to be paranoid. It was pretty dirty. After I rubbed my penis with anti-bacteria gel, but just wanted to check if there was anything I could catch from the situation.
