This pimple on lip is making me nervous!!

For 3 days now I have a pimple where my facial skin meets my lip. I dont have any white head in this pimple, when I press on it it huts but at times it tends to burn i guess Im not sure. Im so scared and nervous i dont know what this is.
1- can this be due to herpes?
2- i feel like i have some kind of sore throat or something like that i dont know
3- can this just be a pimple but if its a pimple i dont have any whitehead how come? and the area near my lip is red.
please help with your advice. thanks,

and today i think im coming down wiht a cold i have body aches and i have a scratchy throat can this be related?
