This rash is runing my life!
I have created a grid of multiple areas of my body where this "rash" has broken out. It began on the middle of my arms, spread to my thigh, biceps, inbetween my arm and armpit, my hands, and my legs. I went to a doctor they thought it was eczema. The cream they provided did not clear the rash it only made my skin lighter. It is very itchy and makes my skin super dry. Can anyone please help my diagnosis this?
wrong it is not lichen nitidus, its looks more like hives, or some form of dermatitis. the cream has to be powerful to affect skin. i have the same issue, but is also over my body. look for possible soaps, detergent(laundry), creams, sprays, stuff you put on your skin alot. something you eat.
