Three pimple like bumps on lip

So I recently noticed three pimple like bumps directly on my top lip, now I do have those fordyce spots on my upper lip, and I was wondering if the bumps are just irritated fordyce spots. They don't hurt at all, so far they have not leaked or anything like that. They are red and inflamed but I don't really notice it unless I look hard enough.

I did have a blood test taken years ago for hsv 1 and 2, and I found out that I have hsv 1 but I never had "classic" symptoms, just cuts that take three or four days to heal, I never had bumps like this. Could it just be an A-typical form of cold sores?

Also, i happen to have one of those cuts that may be a cold sore on my bottom lip right now, I am guessing that it's a cold sore since I'm on day 3 and it's not fully healed.

Ok now I have about twenty needle size bumps on my top lip. I am freaking out! Maybe it's some dermatology problem instead of HSV? They don't hurt and they are not even red, they are in the middle of my top lip, so it's not pimples. My lips look chapped if I don't put Chapstick on. it looks worse in the morning.

And i want to note that The cold sore on my bottom lip is now mostly gone, just looks like pink skin.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
These bumps can be small cysts, hematomas, mucocele (if present on the inside of lower lip) or benign growth of the lips. Since the lumps are painless and not changing in size, all these possibilities need to be evaluated.
Pain, burning, tingling, or itching occurs at the infection site before the sores of HSV1 appear. Then clusters of blisters erupt which break down. If you are having such symptoms then you need to get some investigations like sample from the sores to identify the virus, culture analysis, Tzanck smear, antigen and antibody studies and blood sampling for antibody studies done to confirm the diagnosis.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
