Tick Bite

  I had a doctor several years ago the told me that when a Tick bites you he will insert serum in you to thin your blood.  He told me obviously I was alerigic to this serum.  Until this Dr, I have had Tick bites stay on me for several months even up to a year. The cure is for the Dr to insert by needle inside the bite a couple drops of Cortizone.  The bite will leave in a couple days.  The hard part is for a Dr to give you this treatment, most of them never heard of this.
I have a tick bite on me now that I received the first week of June, it still itches and is red. I went to my primary physician Thursday and ask him to do this, he agreed but I was watching him and I believe he deluted it with salene so my tick bites is still here, red and itches.  I wonder why Dr's are hard to convince to give you this treatment.  How I came to answer your question, I have been searching the net to try and find evidence of this treatment so I could show it to a Dr, so he wil not be so hesitant.
