Tingling

hey , about a month ago i had unprotected sex , about 2 weeks after i noticed redness of my penis and was worried whent to the doctor he said to get some canistan and he did a swab of my penis that came back negative and i have been apply canisten since then so for 2 weeks now the redness has gone but the tip of my penis is still a little red im not sure if this is just normal as i am very worried and stressed ,, i have also been a little constipated at the moment could this be from stress ?? i also noticed as i masturbated a couple hours ago i have some pain in my penis like i need to urinate .. when i have urinated i have felt no pain i am worried about this any help will be greatly appreciated and if any further information or questions is required i will happily provide them im really really worried
