Tiny Black Spots/Dots

I have been taking a product for my acne then I decided to use olay to make my acne get even better.Now I have tiny flat black spots all over my cheek and some on my chin. What is this called? How would you recommend me getting ride of this?

blackheads. you need a face scrub and you need to make sure your olay is non comedogenic. that means it does not cause comedones, which are blackheads. a good facial can get rid of them for you too.

I read about a medication called dermol on http://www.drugdelivery.ca/s3424-s-DERMOL.aspx ...maybe you can search for more information on it and ask your doctor's advise about it...
