Tiny Red Bumps

I have These tiny red bumps around the pubic area a few inches below my belly button where i shave regularly..these bumps occured after friction, i dont know if they have anything to do with it, they are only there not on the genitals but they havent gone away in 2 weeks they dont itch and theres no fluid in them..i have a link to the picture of it

I can't access your photo.  These are most likely folliculitis (blocked follicles.)  They may also be molluscum contagiosum--viral growths that are not regular genital (HPV) warts and are often not sexually-transmitted.  In order to know for sure, you will need to show them to a doctor in person.
