Tiny bumps and rashes on Glans(glands) penis .Need urgent help

Hi ,I am 34  yr old uncircumsized .Sexually inactive for 1 year .Tested negative for All STDs including Herpes 1,2 HIV ,Chlymadia ,Syphilllis Gomhorrea etc (after 8 months of sexual inactivity) .I wash my glans (glands) with Dove mild soap and put Vaseline petroleum jelly after drying completely in fan .I keep getting small bumps and skin rashes on my glans (glands) often They last for a week and heals by its own .This is usually painless but can feel minor skin irritation .Some times skins becomes red till new skin grows back.I am getting married next month and worried abt having this problem worsened after marraige .

Can someone please help how to take care of my glans (glands) skin so that these problems do not come back ?

Hello,
From the symptoms it can be due to contact dermatitis,rash due to friction rub,folliculitis,cysts or heat rash. Apply warm compresses, Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it. You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lumps persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
