Tiny cut on Penis

I get cuts on the thin skin below the head of my penis.  This doesn't happen frequently.  I am circumcised and its in this area.  It happens when I have had intimate encounters and it rubs within my underpants.  The rubbing of cotton underwear against the skin ussually produces a cut that takes a couple of days to heal.  I have never noticed a blister.  The only other times that I have gotten a small cut is when I have had prolonged sex, not frequently either lol.  I don't think there is a problem but looking to see if there is any type of lotion or treatment to strengthen this area because I think this skin is actually too thin or sensitive.  Does anyone have a suggestion on a cream to both strengthen the skin in this area and help it heal faster?  Any comments or suggestions?

It can be due to chafing of the skin. Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also wear cotton undergarments. Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful. If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a dermatologist.

I suggest you to get it examined from a dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
