Tiny grouped blisters on fingers

About ten years ago I cut my middle finger with a knife and had to get stitches.  After the stitches my fingernail fail off and grew back but then there was a fungus under my fingernail.  I dont know how long it was but sometime laters maybe a couple years(dont remember) i started getting these little blisters around the tip of that finger.  For some time the doc put me on oral lamasil to try and kill the fungus.  Well it never was able to get rid of the fungus and the doc said i could either live with it or have the nail completely removed to get rid of the fungus.  So for years now I have delt with this stupid ugly fungus growing under my fingernail and the occasional little blisters that showed up from time to time for no reason.  I have read many things about the eczema and I am sure that is not it as they never itch or hurt.  These tiny little blisters come in groups and when they serface they dry out and my skin peals and cracks they it hurts. (due to cracking skin, still no itching)   It has now been many years and I have dealt with this but this last week i noticed the blisters on the outside tip of my left pointer finger.  As usual they eventually surface no pain or itching the skin dries peals and cracks.  Of course when i notices my pointer finger breaking out within a few days so did my middle finger on my right hand.  I have never thought anything more about it being around that wierd fungus fingernail until now when it has started on another finger on a different had.  Any ideas?  Thanks
