Tiny itchy bubbles on fingers?

Tiny itchy bubbles on fingers?

Hi everybody! I'm an almost 16 year old girl and I'm wondering about these weird itchy bubbles I have on my fingers. My parents keep telling me it's nothing, but it's really bothering me and a lot of different possibilities are coming up when I research about them.

They appear pretty randomly and I only get a few. Right now I have four super tiny bumps. Two on my left hand on my pointer finger, one on my right hand pointer finger, and one on my right hand middle finger.

I guess the best way to describe them is that they are slightly raised, you can tell by feeling them, but they aren't exactly visible. They don't blister or pop or anything but they are unbelievably itchy. It's gotten to the point where I can't focus much on anything else because I'm just clawing at my fingers. I had to put a bandaid on one so I would stop trying to itch it.

I assume it's nothing, but I was wondering if anybody could either identify this situation or at least let me know what I can do to relieve the itch.

Everything I've searched comes up with some sort of eczema, but these bubbles don't pop so there's no liquid or blistering. It's just super bothersome and I really would like to get rid of it

Thanks for reading and helping me =)

Hello,
From the symptoms it looks like pompholyx. The exact cause is not known and excessive sweating can be one of the reasons. But some triggers like allergic reaction to soaps, detergents, foods, latex, nickel etc may trigger the symptoms. Apply some calamine lotion on the affected area and keep the area well moisturized. Use only thin applications of moisturizer ointments as excessive amounts of ointment may restrict breathing of the skin and aggravate the condition.

Topical steroids can be applied but they are available under prescription. Moreover to prevent infection, topical antibiotics may be needed. I suggest you to consult a dermatologist and get it evaluated.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
