Tiny red bumps on penis

So a few days ago a few small red bumps appeared on the bottom of my penis glans. I'm nineteen years old and have psoriasis, but I don't think this is psoriasis. The bumps are very small, and hurt slightly when I touch them. They began spreading a little, and now I have more of these tiny red bumps on the bottom of my glans. I have no idea what they are, and they are scaring me. I don't have health insurance so I can't see a doctor, and I have no idea what to do! The last time I had sexual contact with anyone was about a month ago, with my girlfriend of two years, so I'm almost completely positive it's not an STD.

Well, it seems to be better. I've been using Tinactin on it, and it's starting to look better. The bumps are mostly flat now, and it's mostly just red.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be contact dermatitis, sweat dermatitis or lichen planus. Lichen planus is an inflammatory disease that affects the skin and the oral mucosa, and presents itself in the form of papules(flat spots) or rashes. Treatment is available only on prescription and consists mainly of steroids, retinoids, hydroquinone and phototherapy.

I would suggest you to consult a dermatologist and get this possibility evaluated. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
