Tiny sores on pubic area

by DMSwondering, Aug 12, 2008 06:49PM
Not sure if this is related to Dermatology but thought I could ask.  I have about 5 pin size dots that after scratching began bleeding and broke the skin from scratching.  I noticed another little bump and scratched it and within seconds the bump broke and began bleeding.  The skin is itchy.  It does not appear to be specifically around a hair folicle.  Because of the area, I checked to see if it could have been a lice or something but do not see anything like that.  It also is contained to the right side of my pubic area which also seems strange.  Does this sound like a skin condition to you or something maybe sexually transmitted.  I have been with the same person for 8 months.  I have never expericence any sores of this naure before.
