Tiny white spots on the upper lip

A few days back i noticed very tiny whitish spots on the edges of my lips , they were ball point size
and scattered like stars over the edges of my lips and also over my upper lip, i am scared is this
an herpes outbreak, the white spots are very small and i dont see any fluid within them. I have become so scared and paranoid that i keep checking all the other parts of my body to see similar
pen sized dots.

Around a week back, i had been to a strip club and had a lap dance with a stripper, during the dance she rubbed her breasts against my face, i am scared i might have got herpes, so much so that i am dying of guilt, that i went to such a place. I cant sleep at night, i keep thinking about the white spots over my lip, i dont know when it started , i am not sure if it was there much earlier or these tiny spots came after i visited that strip club.But i deeply regret this, Please advice, as i have described these sores do they appear to be HSV1 or HSV2 related sores?, what treatement or precautions to i take?
