I have had keratosis pilaris for most of my life (I am 26 now) I have seen dermatologists and they have said I will grow out of it, but I think it is getting worse. I have very red, bumpy cheeks and my eyebrows are falling out. I also have it on my arms, legs and buttocks. I have tried urea creams, lactic
as it gets really red and inflamed and takes hours to return to "normal" I am a compulsive picker so I keep on making my arms and legs worse and scarred. I have to wear thick foundation every day to cover the redness on my face
and I am embarassed to show my arms and legs in public. I really need some suggestions on what I can do to improve my situation as it is ruining my life.
