Two red dots on penis

I am a 28 year old male. I have never had unprotected sex however a month and a half ago I did engaged in oral sex for the first time with a girl I hardly knew. A couple of days back I noticed two small red dots on my penis. I showed it to 2 GPs, the first one asked if I had unprotected sex within last 7 days however did not looked at my penis. The second one who looked at it, said its just an itch soar. I have been applying Nadifloxacin cream twice a day for the last 3 days as prescribed by GP but there is no improvement at all. They are neither itchy nor painful, can they be herpes?

Thank you for your help. I thought it might be better to let you know on the progress. The red dot on the knob has gone away however on the foreskin is still there but has considerably improved. I was scared so went under VDLR test for Cyphillis which came negative. Also had a urine test which was normal. My GP asked me to ignore it completely and said it will go away on its own.

Would you be able to recommend a good dermatologist in Delhi area? I cannot consult the dermatologist I know as he is our family doctor.

Hello,
Since these red dots are itchless and painless, so it can be due to dermatitis skin. Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also wear cotton undergarments. Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful. If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
