Two red spots on each side of the penis?

It seems that I have 1 red spot on the right side of the penis, ont the knobhead. And then there is a tinyer one on the left side. These are mostly notice able if i "seperate my penis a bit (dragging the skin more to the right/left)". Because they are close to were the "hole" is. I'm just woundering if this is normal? Because when they are squished together u can barely notice them. They have a "shiny" red color to them. I've never had sex before either, so I don't think they can be an STD of some sort right? Please reply

I can't really feel them either, no rash, no pain, no nothing.
