UE and LE rash with fever

My 6 yo grandson has a mosquito like bites all over his legs and arms.  Is running a fever.  Rash is itchy and he has a straigh line rash on his scarlet red feet.  No slapped face appearance.

Not sure about his immune system had a unusal Staph inection several years ao.  Very outdoorsy and not one of the other kids have had symstoms.
the other four kids do not show any of these symptons.

Such a rash which is present all over the body and is itchy can be due to viral infection or allergic reaction. Moreover your son is having symptoms of runny nose as well. Hence it looks like a viral infection which is causing these symptoms. Please get an examination done from a pediatrician to confirm the diagnosis. Till then apply calamine lotion on the itchy rash and give him acetaminophen if he is running fever.
