Uknown Red Dots

ok i been noticing my penis head been having really small red dots and they been there for acouple year i never had sex before in my life and i only have like 1 or 2 maybe 3 near the opening.

This seems to be cherry angiomas, from the description that you give, though nothing can be said with surety without having a look at the lesions.
Cherry angiomas are benign , fairly common skin growths that vary in size. They can occur almost anywhere on the body but usually develop on the trunk.

They are most common after age 40. The cause is unknown. Although painless and harmless, cherry angiomas may bleed profusely if injured.
