Ulcer/Sore on Penis

Whilst trying to treat a bump on my penis, I applied Apple Cider Vinegar to the area overnight. The next day, the area was sore, red, and had an oblong "patch" of purplish/black skin that peeled off to reveal a whitish base. Now, 5 days later, the area has healed some, but the oblong patch now resembles a sore or ulcer. It is a whitish area, somewhat bloody, surrounded by raised, irritated skin, with more red, itchy skin surrounding the immediate area. The sore's whitish part is somewhat "wet", and a pus-like coating forms over it if a bandage is left on for a day or so. The sore is approximately 1-1.5 inches long, along the middle shaft of my penis. I have never had sexual intercourse and I am not sexually active. Any advice on treatment or diagnosis is very, very much appreciated. Thanks!

It looks like an infection of the area after you applied apple cider vinegar. Keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or Neosporin can be applied but if the symptoms are severe then get an evaluation done from a dermatologist.
